Haywood Village is a pet-friendly community. We know your animal is like family to you, so dogs will enjoy lawn space and strolls around the community and West Asheville. Cats will enjoy the breathtaking views and wildlife observation from the windows and porches of your apartment. Pit bulls and Rottweilers or any variation of the breed are prohibited from living at Haywood Village.

Monthly Pet Pricing
Additional $25 per pet per month added to rent
Keeping both pets and residents happy, we have the following pet policy:
❖ FIRST OFFENSE: Gentle Warning
❖ SECOND OFFENSE: Warning
❖ THIRD OFFENSE: Action to be taken at management’s discretion.
Offenses may be defined, but not limited to: continuous bothersome barking and/or whining, charging/pouncing on other residents or their animals, and not picking up your pet’s waste.
Please keep pets leashed at all times when outside the apartment. Please also make every attempt to take animals 40+ feet away from the building to do their business.
A limit of two pets per unit.
